- Cooling Systems: Our transformers are equipped with removable radiator panels, ensuring efficient cooling. The radiators, designed for various tank shapes, use common cooling types like ONAN/ONAF, OFAF, ODAF, OFWF, and ODWF, tailored to customer preferences.
- Windings: Sourced windings are crafted with copper conductors, using paper-coated flat wires and CTC conductors, wound on both vertical and horizontal machines for precision and durability.
- Tank Design: The tanks are innovatively designed using advanced 2-D and 3-D CAD software, focusing on ease of installation, transport, and commissioning. Expansion tanks feature membranes to isolate from the atmosphere, with every joint and weld rigorously tested for oil leaks, adhering to customer specifications.
- Core Technology: Transformer cores are composed of low-loss, particle-oriented sheets, a testament to the advanced technology in the products we supply.
- Tap Changers and Relays: Our range includes both off-load and on-load tap changers for voltage regulation, along with Buchholz relays for protection in tank type transformers, ensuring safety and optimal performance.
